MMW 5.0.4.2690 background processes run endlessly

MMW 5.0.4.2690 displays "background processes" warning for hours at a time when I attempt to exit.

Very repeatable. All I have to do is open MM5 and half the time it shows this even though all I've done is play a few tunes. Debug file to follow.

Wish I could just attach it here. I usually forget how to do it and must search.
