How to move files on phone to new location after I moved them on MMW

When I first started using MMW4 I had a group of old (analogue sourced) files that I uploaded into MMW and had stored them under "Various" Album and "Various" Album Artists. When I originally synched the files to my phone they were also stored under "Various". Subsequently I have re-categorised these files and Auto-organised the files to new file locations in MMW4. However when I synch them to my phone these files remain in their old location (hence the wrong album cover appears). How do I get these files to appear in the correct new location on my phone? I have checked various settings and currently I have "Delete Other files and playlists from the device" unticked.

There is an enforce mask setting in the Sync options that will rename files already on the device.

Will this also move the files to the new folder location on my phone? Is there any downside to using this option that I should be aware of?

Yes, it should move existing files on the device according to the Sync Mask for files. There should be no downside, however unless you browse by folders on the device there is also no upside.

That worked, thanks.
One thing I did notice was that when I view the (corrected) file/tracks using 'Artist & Album Artist -> Album' option on MMA it still displayed the old/incorrect album cover but when I selected 'Artist & Album Artist -> Tracks' it does display the correct album cover for those (corrected) track(s). How do I get 'Artist & Album Artist -> Album' to display the correct album cover?
