MM5 Gold Version

I have quite a few entries in my music list/menu, that when you try to play them MM5 reports that they inaccessible.
But they are in the right directory and can be played using WMedia.
I've done the 'Rescan' function several times but no luck.

Make sure you verify the Path shown in MediaMonkey against the Path in File Explorer. Can you play the files when you open them with MediaMonkey from File Explorer?

Hi guys! I did the payment for the gold version 8 days ago, haven't received a code or any notification yet. don't like this. is there a direct e-mail to get help from? Support desk isn't opening (always coming to the forum). thanks for any help. Othmar

You should be able to view your License where you purchased it: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/kno ... cense-key/ Is that not the case?
