Hi,
I've been a very satisfied user of mediamonkey for many years but I've never found a really good way to play all my songs except through my computer. I have my entire collection on a Netgear ReadyNAS and Mediamonkey installed on my computer and that works very well.
However, I'm looking for a way to use a portable device to easily play songs without having to start my computer every time.
Do you guys have any tips on a device that will allow me to install mediamonkey, read files from my ReadyNAS and play them to some kind of attached speakers?
Device to use for mediamonkey?

MediaMonkey for Android can play from a DLNA Server and to DLNA/Chromecast playback devices.

Hi,
Also in addition to above, I would suggest that you use MM5 to manage files on ReadyNas and then scan it with embed MediaServer (at least till MMS do not get available on ReadyNas). That way MMA and any device capable to access DLNA servers be able to play them.
