Newbie Skinning Problems.

Hey Guys im new to the skinning part and i am tring to create a player first of al to see how it goes.
I have got everything working as per pics but i am struggling to figure the buttons because they just dont do anything
and also when my skin is narrowed to its minimum it seems to squash the info and button images to the border.
Any help will be appreciated and files can be supplied if need to the right person.

Send me PM with DL link, I think that the problem is where middle part is to wide when you narrow the player and than values is moved little bit right.

I have done that for you.
Any help you can give is appreciated as this is my very first attempt but hopefully more sleek versions to come.

Peke was correct in his reckoning, it was that i had my middle part to big and this sorted the problem but now im having problems getting my buttons to work.
I have totally changed my design too but it still has the same problem.
